HORUS Tica was founded in 1990 in San José, Costa Rica (commercial register no. 3-102-110397-23), as a local agency for professional translations. To serve the growing needs of the Costa Rican companies for web presence in the late 90s, we incorporated some highly skilled free lance web designers and programmers into our team and, in 2003, we formed a permanent strategic alliance with the group WebDesarrollo.Com .
